File 9 When you enter the castle for the first time, go up the stairs, and check the dresser on the left for the file. File 8 Go inside Luiza’s House and look on the chair in the first room to get the file. "Resident Evil 2021" is Resident Evil 8, but it wasn't always RE8. The file is in the middle of the village, you can find it as part to the ornate decoration in RE8 Village. Second Floor Opera Hall (3) - There are two windows located in the small lounge area away from the balcony facing the Courtyard, and a third window down the left balcony path to where the Labyrinth Ball is located.Opera Hall Stairwell (3) - Three windows side by side can all be found on the stairs up to the second floor of the Opera Hall, in the stairway closest to the Library.Lady Dimitrescu's Chambers (3) - All three windows can be shot from the balcony, including one that's positioned in front of her bathroom, and can only be shot from outside.
